Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Euro Parts use PayPal as our payment solution and shipping provider so please make sure that your address ,received by PayPal, is correct. Euro Parts is not responsible for items returned by your postal carrier and additional shipping charges may be incurred if the item needs to be shipped again. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment processing is completed through PayPal.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Your satisfaction is a primary concern of ours and we do everything possible to meet your expectations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us first so that we can make appropriate arrangements. Custom order items, can not be returned since they are custom made to your specifications. They may however be able to be replaced if a defect exists. Please contact us if you are unsure if the item in question is a custom order. All returns and financial issues are to be handled through Euro Parts' website and portal. By agreeing to these terms the customer agrees to not open a PayPal case and resolve all issues using this website and email correspondence.

All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Refunds will be processed once the item has arrived and is determined to be in full as new condition. Used items can not be refunded. Exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the original item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Euro Parts does not support International Orders and only ships within the Continental US.  In the event of an accepted international shipment, the buyer is solely responsible for any shipping charges for the return of an item as well as the replacement item.
